1. Request from inside the app
If you still have access to your account, the recommended method is to use the account deletion feature directly inside the True Shot application.
2. Request by email
If you can no longer access the application, you may send a request to: contact@trueshotai.app
Please include any useful information that can help identify the account, such as the email address used in the app or your agent name if known.
3. Processing of the request
Once submitted, the request is registered for processing. The account may remain active until the full deletion protocol has been completed.
Content already published in the public feed may remain visible after account deletion, but the identity of the user concerned is removed or anonymized when applicable.
4. Data concerned
Deletion targets account-related user data and associated elements, subject to legal, technical or security obligations that may require limited retention of some information.
5. Timeframe
Processing is completed within a reasonable timeframe after the request is received and validated.
